Quinn Tran has more than 20 years in
line management and international business with Kodak, Xerox, Sun MicroSystems
and start-up companies. Prior to founding GlobALL Connect , Quinn served as Chief Marketing
Officer for Kodak NexPress, a Kodak's on-demand digital imaging entity based in
Rochester, New York. Quinn was also
co-founder and Vice President and General Manager for Xerox ColorgrafX Systems, a subsidiary of
Xerox, where she had end-to-end responsibility for developing a business from
start-up to $125Mil company.
Quinn has extensive experience in global
business development, strategic planning, marketing, international sales and
channel development and for several high-technology businesses. When at Xerox and Sun Microsystems, Quinn was
responsible for developing and evaluating several business plans for investment purpose in
excess of $500 Million. Such business
plans include strategic product development of a new chip and computing
platform, the creation or acquisition of new businesses. Quinn led a cross-functional team chartered
with the creation of the company’s
strategic business plan which generated over $3 Billion in revenue five years
later. Quinn's work also extends to
opening new territories such as South America and Asia, establishing a China
sales and support operation, and business & development operation in
India. In her earlier career as a
consultant at Marakon Associates, a boutique strategy consulting firm based in
New York, Quinn worked on projects for
clients such as Coca Cola, American Express, Dow Chemical, etc. where she conducted
business evaluation, market analyses, mergers, acquisitions, divestiture and
IPO.
Quinn
is also a senior fellow of the American Leadership Forum, Silicon Valley where
a number of business and civic leaders come together to actively work on
community causes. Quinn also serves on the Board of Directors of numerous
Silicon Valley organizations such as The American Leadership Forum, The
Children Discovery Museum and the Knight Ridder Foundation. Quinn received
both of her BS and MBA from San Francisco State University.
Barry R. Lathan is the former President and CEO of Xerox ColorGrafX Systems, Inc. (wholly owned subsidiary of Xerox Corporation) and Encad, Inc. (wholly owned subsidiary of Eastman Kodak, Inc.). Both companies participated in the digital imaging and printing marketplace, developing unique technologies and distributing products world wide. Barry also served as Vice President and General Manager for Xerox’s Western Region Area, responsible for revenue in excess of $3 Billion and a team of over 2000 professionals.
Barry has consistently been a visionary leader, focusing on growth in profits and market share achieved through innovative commercialization strategies, balanced financial leadership and development of high performing work teams. Barry possesses a strong history of recognizing and developing market opportunities, global partnerships, major account customers and growing businesses profitably. Barry is passionate about achieving desired business results exhibited by his experiences in technology acquisition, strategic and tactical alliances, contract negotiations, hands-on style and general management expertise. Most recently Barry has been providing Executive Coaching and Organizational Development support to CEO's interested in positioning their companies for growth by maximizing their human capital and marketplace opportunities.
Barry also served on the Board of Directors for Xerox Canada, Inc. a $1.5 Billion Business.
